TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting this form, you agree to our terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and liability.
A deposit of 50 % of the total charter cost is required to secure your booking. The deposit must be paid within 7 days of receiving your booking confirmation.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the charter date.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the charter date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the charter date will forfeit the deposit.
No Refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the charter date.
In the event of a cancellation due to severe weather conditions or other force majeure situations, we will work with you to reschedule your charter at no additional cost, subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to cancel the charter due to safety concerns related to weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an option to reschedule will be offered.
For international charter services, the client is responsible for ensuring that all passengers have the required travel documents, including valid passports and any necessary visas. Smith’s Ferry Services will not be held liable for any issues arising from insufficient travel documentation.
