Become a Nautical Miles Member – FREE! Enjoy big savings and more

Individuals may join the Nautical Miles program online, by calling customer care, or other channels as may be designated by Smith’s Ferry. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to become Nautical Miles members. There are no group or family memberships; each individual must enroll separately. Enrollment in the Smith’s Ferry Nautical Miles program requires each individual to provide his/her name, address, phone contact, and birth date. The enrollment process must be completed by the prospective member himself/herself, unless the prospective member is a minor, in which case the parent or legal guardian may complete the enrollment process. Travel agents, travel arrangers, and unauthorized brokers may not create or manage Nautical Miles account for others. Members will be asked to verify all of this information before speaking with Smith’s Ferry employees about their accounts. If Smith’s Ferry becomes aware that a member or a third party has misrepresented his/her identity in order to enroll in Mileage program or perform a Mileage transaction, Smith’s Ferry may, in its sole discretion, void the transaction.

Earning Nautical Miles into Points

Nautical points can be accrued by:
• Traveling on Smith’s Ferry designated trips
• Using eligible ground transfers
• Receive loyalty points for every dollar spent with Smith’s ferry

Smith’s Ferry reserves the right to amend or delete any or all of the means currently recognized for accruing miles and to exclude specific types of transactions or tickets from the accumulation of mileage.

Points will accrue only for passengers that actually travels or purchases goods or services with Smith’s Ferry. Points cannot be transferred from multiple passengers (including those of family members) or other sources.

As a member of the Nautical Miles program you will receive points, which are subject to change at any time. To accumulate points for purchases, you must create a Smith’s Ferry Nautical Miles Customer Account and purchase any trip (Roundtrip or One-way) from Smith’s Ferry. Points will post to your Smith’s Ferry Points account from 5-10 business days from the date you register points. Membership cards, points and reward certificates have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your membership, membership benefits, points or rewards certificates to anyone else.

If a Smith’s Ferry Miles member is purchasing for a company, an authorized corporate officer of the company must submit a letter of approval for member to acquire Smith’s Ferry Mileage points for the company on an official company letterhead and signed.
