Trip Protection allows you to change or cancel your trip for any reason, waiving any cancellation fees with full refund. Without Trip Protection passengers are entitled to any refunds made 24 hours in advance. The refund ticket price will be less the service charges which is approximately 15%.
• Cancelled Ferry – A passenger is entitled to a refund if the ferry has cancelled a trip, regardless of the reason, and the passenger cannot be accommodated on another carrier. • Schedule Change/Significant Delay – A passenger is entitled to a refund if the ferry made a significant schedule change and/or significantly delays a trip and the passenger chooses not to travel. • Baggage Fees – A passenger is entitled to a refund if the passenger paid a baggage fee and his or her baggage has been declared lost by the ferry. — We have a very efficient way to handle checked luggage, and deliver almost every luggage piece that is entrusted to us to the right destination. Nonetheless, on occasion, baggage handlers do make mistakes, and some bags do not reach their owners at the end of a Trip. Trip protection will allow lost or damage claim up to $500. The amount of compensation is dependent on a number of factors, which include the route of the trip and the contents of the luggage. — Our Team has 21 days to find your luggage and get it to you. Once we have confirmed that a certain luggage piece is lost, we will go into negotiation with its owner. The owner is required to produce a list of items that were inside the luggage as well as the price of each item. Our lost & found department may also request him or her to show receipts for certain items on the list. After the documents are submitted to our team, it will calculate the depreciated values of the items, and compensate will be made to the owner within 30 days.
